Our Early Childhood/Kindergarten Open House will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will open on this date and more information will be available at our open house. Parents and students will have the opportunity to tour classrooms, meet teachers, and hear a presentation from the principal.
Open House Inclement Weather Date: February 6, 2025
At the present time, we have three classrooms designated for our Early Childhood program, with a limited number of students allowed per classroom. Class offerings may change depending on the number of students that register for a specific class. Registration information must be completed and submitted - we will not take phone registrations. A confirmation letter will be mailed to you after we receive your registration form and fee. If we have more students register than we have room for prior to the deadline, they will be placed in one of the Early Childhood programs based on the following criteria:- Families who belong to one of our cluster parishes who currently have a child or children enrolled in our K-6 program
- Families who don't belong to one of our cluster parishes, but have a child or children currently enrolled in our K-6 program
- Families belonging to the Spires of Faith Cluster whose child will be new to our school, but intend to keep their children at Xavier through 6th grade
- If programs are not filled by the registration deadline, all registrations received after that date will be placed on a first come first serve basis.

AM 3 Year Old Preschool
AM Preschool is offered half days two days per week. The AM Preschool program is developed to help children with separation, independence, learning to work and play with others, to express themselves, to learn to use and manage their bodies, to extend their interests and understanding of the world around them, and to aid the family in developing the child's sense of self and others. The Creative Curriculum is used to develop age appropriate activities. All children must be toilet trained and independent in the restroom. Students must 3 years old on or before August 15 to enroll in our 3 year old program.
All Day 3 Year Old Preschool
3 Year Old Preschool is offered all day on either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday. The All Day Preschool program is developed to help children with separation, independence, learning to work and play with others, to express themselves, to learn to use and manage their bodies, to extend their interests and understanding of the world around them, and to aid the family in developing the child's sense of self and others. The Creative Curriculum is used to develop age appropriate activities. There will be rest/nap time in the afternoon for all students. All children must be toilet trained and independent in the restroom. Students must 3 years old on or before August 15 to enroll in our 3 year old program.
4 Year Old PreK Grant Program
4 Year Old PreK is offered 3 or 4 full days. Parents may choose 3 days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, or 4 days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The PreK Program is open to children who are 4 years old by September 15. The 4 Year Old PreK Grant Program is funded and licensed through the Department of Education.
The program will help children with independence, separation, learning to work and play with others, and to extend their interests and understanding of the world around them. The 4 Year Old PreK program will include experiences to support the children's development of emotional and social habits. The program follows the Creative Curriculum. The Creative Curriculum is used to develop age appropriate learning opportunities.
